Simplicity

We've been learning this hymn in choir. I love the words, what a lovely message.

'Tis a gift to be simple,

'tis a gift to be free,

'tis a gift to come down

where we ought to be,

and when we find ourselves in the place just right,

'twill be in the valley of love and delight.

When true simplicity is gained

to bow and to bend we shan't be ashamed,

to turn, turn, will be our delight

till by turning, turning we come round right.

I personally feel this song is teaching me to be humble, to bow and to bend to learn, to turn myself toward others and serve in simple ways~ and things will come round right.
